The GAIT score report enables them to select technical trainings objectively and is expected to be helpful for engineers to acquire a balanced knowledge of IT.

MTI Ltd. famous for developing mobile contents such as music.jp and Luna Luna, decided to use GAIT to fairly assess their engineers. Since autumn 2012, they have been a GAIT user and will keep on taking advantage of it by using GAIT as a supplementary to MTI’s personnel evaluation system every twice a year.

KDDI CORPORATION, as a comprehensive communications company offering both fixed-line and mobile communications services, strive to be a leading company during changing times. In order to “visualize” the knowledge level of their technical personnel, KDDI decided to start using GAIT. Questions covering a wide range of fundamental IT knowledge and quantitative scores were also a deciding factor in KDDIs decision.

ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation is a Japanese company providing IT solutions with added value to a wide range of customers. The company is using GAIT to assess the skill sets of engineers with the primary purpose of making skill sets visible. With all the engineers in the group taking the exam, a lot of new discoveries were made and future plans of utilizing GAIT to build a model of career paths were created.
