Information about bank transfer payments in Japanese yen
Transfers can be made from the following:Japan Post Bank nationwide, post office counters and ATMs, from counters and ATMs of other banks and branches (including online banking), and at convenience stores, etc.
FeesPlease note that some financial institutions may charge fees for transfers or transactions done outside of regular bank hours.
Payment periodCandidates are required to complete their payment within 7 days of receiving their Payment Number. Please note that if the payment is not confirmed after 7 days, the registration will be cancelled.
Payment processing downtimesPayments are unable to be processed with the following banks at the times below:
Rakuten Bank: Every day for a few minutes from 23:55 (GMT +9:00)
Japan Net Bank: Every day for a few minutes from 23:57 (GMT +9:00) and between 0:00 and 6:00 every 3rd Saturday of the month (GMT +9:00)

Payment Period Candidates are required to complete their payment within 7 days of receiving their Payment Number. Please note that if the payment is not confirmed after 7 days, the registration will be cancelled.

Re-assessment Policy

A 14-day re-assessment policy was put in place on April 1, 2015.
Individuals re-taking the assessment for the 2nd time can do so any time (including Saturdays and Sundays) 14 days after their first sitting. The same applies if they wish to take it a third time.

How to reissue a Score Report

If you have lost your score report, you can make a request for a reissue from My Page. Reissue fee is 10 USD. Only Credit card is accepted. The reissued score report will be shipped out in 2-3 days upon request depending on where you live.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We do NOT accept cancellation or refund after the completion of payment.
